EN PASSANT..., Spittelberg Passage Vienna, 2009
Installation consisting of paintings and tapes.

Designed as installation work, these works took place within two shop window installations in the Spittelberg Passage in Vienna's 7th district.

A display case shows a polyptych of 6 works, each picture represents a sequence of the process in which a figure - like a cell - is divided into 2 figures, cloned. En passant - as you walk past, this process is accessible to passers-by, depending on the walking direction, sometimes from one end, sometimes from the other.

In the display case opposite, two works can be seen: an image with an abstract structure that does not yet have any clear physical characteristics and an image with an adult figure that is surrounded by red lines (vessels) in an embyonal position. The two images are connected by red lines and thus represent two snapshots of an evolutionary process.

Both showcases are connected to one another by red lines, which are spread out over the paving on the outside.
